He has extensive experience advising companies on the development of commercial strategies, category management and strengthening of sales organizations.
He has participated in projects with leading consumer goods and retail companies in various markets, helping organizations improve their ability to compete in increasingly complex and shopper-centric business environments. His experience includes designing trade and shopper marketing strategies, developing joint business planning with retailers, evolving business models, and strengthening sales team capabilities.
In addition to his consulting work, he regularly participates in executive training programs and conferences on business strategy and capacity building in sales teams.
